Frank Harrison Trio

The words of the legendary Ronnie Scott say it best, "Frank Harrison is one of the most talented young musicians I have heard". This is a very modern jazz trio with great interaction between the musicians, intense but never hurried. Sit back and enjoy!

After taking up a scholarship at Berklee School Of Music, Boston, pianist Frank Harrison returned to the UK and joined maverick saxophonist Gilad Atzmon as part of his globally acclaimed Orient House Ensemble, whose regular tours of Europe cover the major Jazz and World music festivals. Frank has also performed with Peter King, Julian Arguelles, Julian Siegel, Don Weller, Gary Husband, John Etheridge and Iain Ballamy.

In 2006 Frank formed his eponymous trio with drummer Stephen Keogh and bassist Aidan O’Donnell. Their debut album, First Light, launched to critical acclaim and they have since toured regularly in Europe and the Far East, as well as collaborating with special guests such as Louis Stewart and Tina May. This gig will feature music from their forthcoming album, Sideways.
