Line up: David McAlmont (Vocals) Natasha Watts (Vocals), Janette Mason (MD / Keys), Davide Mantovani (Bass), Davide Giovannini (Drums), Dave Ital (Guitar), Shanti Jayasinha (Trumpet), Alam Nathoo (Saxophone), Martin Gladdish (Trombone)

David McAlmont (vocal)

Possibly one of the greatest singers this country has ever produced, having collaborated with everyone from Bond composer David Arnold to Michael Nyman, Paul Weller and most famously with Bernard Butler producing the classic hit single Yes. McAlmont's music is pure emotion, drawing unique, soulful portraits from his own life and philosophies, all beautifully framed by the finest soul.

Natasha Watts (vocal)

Award-winning soul star and Cool Million collaborator, Natasha Watts returns to the stage from her solo show here in September. With three number one singles and a Soul Survivors award under her belt, Natasha has worked alongside Rob Hardt from Cool Million and Richard Earnshaw to complete her new album.

"Natasha’s voice, soft and reassuring yet capable of the bellowing power of Shirley Bassey” Mi Soul

2012 saw Natasha burst on to the soul scene with the Cool Million single, 'Show Me Off’, this was to be the start of Natasha & Rob Hardt working together on numerous projects, including her eponymous debut which made top ten lists across the country and received airplay on stations such as BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Manchester, Solent and Jazz FM - where it was named album of the week.

Off the back of that wonderful album Natasha was chosen to support Soul Queen, Gladys Knight, on her UK Tour, earning rave reviews along the way.

Janette Mason (keys)

Even without knowing it, there’s a fair chance if you’ll have heard Janette’s special musical touch time and again - on many albums from Ian Shaw to Robert Wyatt, live in concert with Oasis plus her contributions to movie and TV soundtracks.

A talented composer and arranger, she was recently commissioned to write the score for feature film, The Calling, contributed four arrangements to Ian Shaw’s album, Drawn to all Things, and produced and arranged Lea DeLaria’s current Warner Brothers release, The Live Smoke Sessions, which made the Grammy ballot.

As a Jazz musician, she has been a seminal figure on the British Jazz scene for the last fifteen years, sharing the stage with Mornington Lockett, Julian Siegel and many more.
