Barry Castagnola has been performing stand-up in the UK and internationally since the late Nineties – when he blagged his way onto the stage at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. He has appeared in the Channel 4 show Experimental and presented The YES/NO Gameshow on cable channel Bravo.
He is also one third of the spoof ecowarrior troupe Cyderdelic (alongside Marc Wootton and Liam Woodman), who made a six-part BBC Three series and made regular appearances on Channel 4's 11 O'Clock Show.
WINNER of the Hackney Empire New Act of The Year 2007. Perrier Best Newcomer Nominee 2005. Luke wrote on all 6 episodes of the Channel 4 series Stand Up For The Week, and has also written for comics appearing on Mock The Week and Ask Rhod Gilbert.
"a gifted comic" The Sunday Times
"an explosion of good-natured self-deprecation and exasperated observations" The Daily Telegraph
"Toulson’s skill and speed of improvisation is hugely impressive. He has a natural talent for banter which is a step above the norm, calling back and interweaving each ad lib with the next... above all incredibly funny." Chortle
A well known face at Covent Garden and winner of 5 street performance awards, including Best Comedy Act, and having performed all over the world, Windsor is a first class act with a wealth of hilarious gags and stories. By transferring his street experience of audience control and off-the-cuff humour, Windsor became a highly skilled and supremely professional comedy circuit compere almost overnight.
"Windsor, a master of putdown, warmed-up and flushed out the hecklers... an abrasive and skilled compere, Windsor .. delivers hot material with a rare skill." - The Stage
