THE JO HARMAN PROJECT

7:00 pm 19/03/2010

Tickets £8

The Jo Harman Project

Following on from their much vaunted, five star review BBC Introducing set at Brighton Live, the Jo Harman Project hooked up with Grammy Winning Producer Pete Smith (Sting, Joe Cocker etc) and Boe Larsen to produce an emotional rollercoaster of a ride - the original compositions sailing variously along latinesque rhythms, filmic soundtracks and twisted torch ballads, in addition to their unique interpretations of some great blues and soul classics.

Jo has attracted huge critical acclaim in her short career from press and peers alike, commonly being described as ‘one of the great new voices of her generation’. Come and see what all the fuss and huge critical acclaim is all about. But most of all come and hear ‘the voice’, live, up close and personal before she treads much larger stages opening for US soul legend Marlena Shaw.
