The food, the decor and the music were all excellent, and just the way to spend a Sunday lunchtime. I wish you every success with your venture, we could do with something like it in Cornwall!

Our Cocktails
Whether you're after a classic cocktail or keen to try one of our master mixer's original recipes, we have something to suit every mood
HIDEAWAY
A slightly secretive, yet welcoming blend of flavour and excitement, full of high notes and classy undertones, its soothing rhythms will leave you relaxed, satisfied, and definitely wanting more. But enough about the venue, why not try our signature cocktail? A handful of fresh strawberries, Absolut Citron, Cointreau, Chambord and cranberry juice lifted with lemon, a hint of black pepper and the freshest sweet basil
KEYHOLE
Another original from our resident mixologist, dare to peek through this particular keyhole and you’re guaranteed to find something fruity! Kiwi fruit and sweet basil leaves are freshly pulped then shaken with Midori, Cointreau, Chambord, Stolichnaya Raspberry vodka and pineapple juice
COURTNEY PINE
Hideaway’s tweak on the traditional Mai Tai, this tropical treat contains Bacardi white rum, Captain Morgan dark rum, Cointreau, Disaronno and is served shaken with grenadine, orange and pineapple juice
MILES DAVIS
A true musical great, Miles Davis not only changed and challenged the jazz landscape for decades, but had a profound influence on rock as well. Our tribute is a blend of flavours possibly as controversial as the man himself - Jack Daniels and Disaronno, sweet and sour mix and Coke – once tried, never forgotten, mostly adored
BILLIE HOLIDAY
Another legendary performer and one of the most honoured by her fellow artists, immortalised in poetry, pop and on the big screen. “Lady” may have sang the blues, but then again she never tried this tropical fountain of flavour – Morgan’s Spiced Rum, Archers, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Chase those blues away!
COSMOPOLITAN
Although the “Sex and the City” girls cemented the Cosmo’s status as a modern classic, its true origin remains a hotly debated mystery. There’s no argument about why it’s so popular though! Absolut citron vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice combine with class
MARGARITA
Depending on who you believe, this refreshing classic was either created as a Mexican wedding gift, or by a barman hoping to seduce an American screen heroine. Jose Cuervo Tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice served in a salt-rimmed Martini glass
MELON MARGARITA: Jose Cuervo tequila, Cointreau and lime with Midori
RASPBERRY MARGARITA: Jose Cuervo tequila, Cointreau and lime with Chambord
BUTTERFLY KISS (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
You don’t need alcohol to give you a bit of zing – here’s a fruity explosion that will give you wings! Orange and cranberry juice, blackcurrant cordial and Red Bull
MOJITO
A flavour combination that has endured for almost five hundred years, this Cuban classic was mixed for Sir Francis Drake and celebrated by Hemingway. The combination of Bacardi white rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and freshly bruised mint will have you celebrating too!
VIRGIN MOJITO: All the fresh flavours with cranberry juice replacing the rum
AMARETTO SOUR
Although the name “Amaretto” is usually (and incorrectly) said to derive from the Italian word for love, popular legend links its origins to a romance between one of Da Vinci’s students and a model used to depict the Madonna. Let this refreshing blend of Disaronno, lime juice, brown sugar and egg white bring out your artistic side too!
WHISKY SOUR: With Bells instead of Disaronno, enjoy the bracing tang!
CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS
Champagne – such a beautiful accident of fermentation. Medieval French monks originally dubbed this heavenly bubblefest “the devil’s wine”, due to corks unexpectedly exploding from bottles – luckily for us, they decided to taste it
THE CLASSIC: with brown sugar, Angostura bitters, our brandy-fortified Charlemagne XO sparkling wine and an orange twist
KIR ROYALE: with crème de cassis, our brandy-fortified Charlemagne XO sparkling wine and an orange twist
BELLINI: with peach puree, prosecco and an orange twist
SCREAMING ORGASM
A name that leaves little to the imagination, this cheeky little number first hit the scene in the swinging 60s, but really became popular in the 70s – the era of free love. Coincidence? We think not! A blend of Smirnoff vodka, Disaronno, Kahlua, Baileys and double cream that will leave you feeling the love too!
CAIPIRINHA
The national cocktail of Brazil, this has become widely popular as the sugar-cane spirit, cachaça, has become more available away from its South American home. A refreshing blend of cachaça, brown sugar, and two whole, freshly crushed limes
CLASSIC MARTINI
A cocktail for serious decisions. It helped Churchill and Roosevelt shape the world, Hemingway and Capote to find truth within it. But we’ll leave the biggest decisions to you – vodka or gin? Olives or a lemon twist? And, of course, shaken… or stirred? Dry Martini with Bombay Sapphire gin or Absolut vodka
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Can’t decide how to round off a delicious dinner? What better way to solve that eternal dilemma of having a coffee or just one more drink…. Try this chilled creamy cocktail with a caffeine kiss – espresso, Kahlua, Baileys and Disaronno
