Katie Leone
Soul singer Katie Leone’s exciting and dynamic performances have established her as one of the circuit’s most in demand vocalists, as proven by the long list of musical icons she has shared stage and studio with – Elvis Costello, Tony Hadley , ABC, Visage, T’Pau and Go West – as well as a tour with Lou Reed, and support for KT Tunstall and Sister Sledge on theirs. Other legends just line up to hear her sing – praised by Jimmy Page for her take on a Led Zeppelin track, and by Brian May from Queen (“we just couldn’t stop talking about her performance”). Katie is soon to release her own debut album with original material in her preferred soul/jazz style, no doubt inspired by her work with stars like Jocelyn Brown, Leon Ware, Jean Carne, Sheree Brown and UK producer Soulpersona.
"She can sing her tail off!" Jocelyn Brown
"I can honestly say that Katie Leone is one of the best singers I have ever heard. Passion, emotion, phrasing, you got it locked down soul sistah!" Soulpersona
